come as you are.
but don't expect to stay that way.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults throughout Rhode Island, with the option to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith when it's meaningful to you.

You might be here because...

  • Your thoughts feel loud, and you can't seem to quiet them.

  • You're in a season of change, and it feels overwhelming.

  • You're constantly questioning yourself or wondering if you're enough.

  • You're emotionally exhausted and miss feeling like yourself.

  • You want healthier ways to cope instead of just getting through each day.

  • You long for a place where you can be completely honest without feeling judged.

  • You're trying to make sense of your faith, church experiences, or spiritual questions.

Hi, I'm Samantha!

about me.

While on my path to becoming a therapist, I made a few meaningful stops along the way.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in business and the fitness industry, experiences that shaped the way I see health and healing today. They taught me that our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are deeply connected.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are while helping you build the tools and confidence to move forward.

I'm so glad you're here, and I look forward to being part of your journey.

I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johnson & Wales University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Rhode Island. My clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence-based approaches. I believe growth is a lifelong process and regularly pursue continuing education to better support my clients.
